Visibility and positioning
The program is aimed at entrepreneurs that have developed solutions to problems related to the SDGs, that are already working successfully and are now looking to scale their impact.
In 2019, we received more than 1100 applications from across 16 countries, out of which we supported more than 150 entrepreneurs in the national scale-ready phase.
Out of them, together with an expert jury, we have selected the10 global finalists to join the international phase, featuring the Global Scaling Week in Geneva and a 6-months follow up support program in order to test and validate their scaling strategy together with our partners from International Trade Centre, BCG, experienced coaches, mentors, and specialised experts, as well as connecting with key players from the United Nations, the private sector, impact investors and others.
